Healthy Vegan Pizza with Lentils <3

Greetings Steemians!

Today i will show you my recipe for healthy pizza! :P Well healthy means we avoid a lot of things like sugar and non vegan products. I would say that there are multiple better ways to get healthy food but if you want to eat pizza and you don't want to eat a lot of trash then this one is for you!
Pre-preparation:
You will need to soak lentils for 9 hours and then cook about 30min. Beside that you can also cook some millet if you want to add it instead of cheese. For me it's much easier because my daily diet contains both so i have it prepared already.

Ingredients:

For Dough:
-2 cups of wheat flour
-10g yeast
-water about one cup
-a little bit of salt
-1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
You can add spices that i do: Herbs de provance, Herb pepper and spice for potatos and french fries

Put everything into bowl in order:
-Flour, yeast dissolved in one cup of lukewarm water, nutmeg salt and herbs mentioned above.

Mix everything with hands or with robot if you have. Until it's smooth and it's not falling apart.
Then cover the bowl with dry towel or food wrap and put in warm place. Leave for 30-45 minutes until it grows.
At the end you will get something like this.

You can start warm the oven to 180 degrees C.
Ingredients to put on dough:
-Tomato sauce - I don't know if you can find one without added sugar and other stuff like me if not you can do your own from tomatoes.
-Lentils about 8 TBS depends, just make sure to cover the dough nicely.
-Corn - about 80g
-Half of white onion
-Half of white paprica
-3 garlic cloves, sliced
-1 tomato
-Black olives about 30g
-Handful of arugula
-3 pretty big basil leafs.
-2-3 TBS millet.
Before putting dough into the oven, place on it this ingredients in order.
Tomato sauce

Lentils, corn, onion, paprica, garlic and spices that you like - I used Special for pizza.

Put into oven for 15-20min. Make sure to check it from time to time it depends on your oven how fast it's going to be ready, you can use toothpick to check if it's still wet. After pricking the dough put the toothpick above your lips to check if it is wet.

If it's ready take it out and put tomato, basil, arugula olives and millet.
This is what you can get in result :)
