@ayunajjua Good night all Steemians, here i will give korean food recipe, that is how to Tteobokki from korea. okay let's see tutorial that I give !!!

Necessary materials:

  • Korean fish cake (can be changed brain-brain)
  • Rice cake korea
  • Col to taste
  • ½ onion Bombay
  • ½ carrots
  • 1 leek

** Material for Broth **

  1. ½ cup water
  2. 6 pieces of kelp (seaweed)
  3. 6-7 pieces of salted anchovies

** Material for Saos **

  1. ½ garlic chopped
  2. 3 tbsp red pepper paste
  3. 2 tbsp corn syrup
  4. ½ tbsp sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  6. Sesame seeds to taste (for garnish)

** How to Cook Brush **

  1. Boil anchovy, fish cake, and kelp (rough seaweed)
  2. If it is cooked (soft) pisahin sauce from anchovy, fish cake, and kelp.

** How to Make Tteobokki stuffing **

  1. Prepare cabbage, roughly chopped.
  2. Prepare carrots, peeled and cut into thin lengthwise.

  3. 6-7 potong ikan teri asin

Bahan untuk Saos

  1. ½ bawang putih cincang
  2. 3 sdm red pepper paste
  3. 2 sdm corn syrup
  4. ½ sdm gula pasir
  5. 1 sdm kecap asin
  6. Biji wijen secukupnya (untuk garnish)

Cara Memasak Kaldu

  1. Rebus ikan teri, fish cake, dan kelp (rumput laut kasar)
  2. Kalau sudah matang (empuk) pisahin kuah dari ikan teri, fish cake, dan kelp.

Cara Membuat isian Tteobokki

  1. Persiapkan kol, cincang kasar.
  2. Siapkan wortel, kupas dan potong tipis memanjang.
  3. Siapkan bawang putih, keprek supaya aroma harum keluar saat diolah lalu cincang.

Cara membuat
Tteobokki Masakan Korea

  1. Masukin bawang putih cincang, red pepper paste, bubuk cabe secukupnya, kecap asin, dan gula pasir ke dalam kuah kaldu.
  2. Tunggu 5 menitan sambil diaduk-aduk.
    Masukin rice cake.
  3. Tambahkan corn syrup.
  4. Masukin semua isian sayur (kol dan wortel yang tadi).
  5. Tunggu sampai kuahnya menyerap dan mengental.
  6. Potong fish cake memanjang, masukkan.
  7. Setelah dihidangkan, tambahin biji wijen.
    Tteobokki Anda siap disajikan.
