@ayunajjua Good night all Steemians, here i will give korean food recipe, that is how to Tteobokki from korea. okay let's see tutorial that I give !!!Necessary materials:
- Korean fish cake (can be changed brain-brain)
- Rice cake korea
- Col to taste
- ½ onion Bombay
- ½ carrots
- 1 leek
** Material for Broth **
- ½ cup water
- 6 pieces of kelp (seaweed)
- 6-7 pieces of salted anchovies
** Material for Saos **
- ½ garlic chopped
- 3 tbsp red pepper paste
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Sesame seeds to taste (for garnish)
** How to Cook Brush **
- Boil anchovy, fish cake, and kelp (rough seaweed)

- Kalau sudah matang (empuk) pisahin kuah dari ikan teri, fish cake, dan kelp.
Cara Membuat isian Tteobokki
- Persiapkan kol, cincang kasar.
- Siapkan wortel, kupas dan potong tipis memanjang.
- Siapkan bawang putih, keprek supaya aroma harum keluar saat diolah lalu cincang.
Cara membuat
Tteobokki Masakan Korea
- Masukin bawang putih cincang, red pepper paste, bubuk cabe secukupnya, kecap asin, dan gula pasir ke dalam kuah kaldu.
- Tunggu 5 menitan sambil diaduk-aduk.
Masukin rice cake.- Tambahkan corn syrup.
- Masukin semua isian sayur (kol dan wortel yang tadi).
- Tunggu sampai kuahnya menyerap dan mengental.
- Potong fish cake memanjang, masukkan.
- Setelah dihidangkan, tambahin biji wijen.
Tteobokki Anda siap disajikan.
