Simple Dimsum Recipe
Dumpling skin material:
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons starch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- Enough hot water
** Filling material: **
- 100 grams of minced chicken
- 5 grams of chopped shrimp
- 2 cloves of garlic, puree
- 10 grains of pepper, puree
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce and cooking oil
- 3 tablespoons starch
- 1 tbsp of flour
- 1/4 carrot, thinly sliced
Leek** Sauce material: **
- 1 clove of red onion
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon spaghetti sauce
- Sugar, salt, water to taste
How to make:
- Dumpling skin. Combine flour, kanji and salt. Stir well. Add cooking oil and hot water little by little. Knead until smooth. Resep Dimsum Simpel
Bahan kulit pangsit:
- 3 sdm terigu
- 2 sdm tepung kanji
- 1 sdk makan garam
- 1 sdk makan minyak goreng
- Air panas secukupnya
Bahan isian:
- 100 gram ayam cincang
- 5 gram udang cincang
- 2 siung bawang putih, * haluskan
- 10 butir merica, haluskan
- 1 sdt garam
- 1 sdm saus tiram dan minyak goreng
- 3 sdm tepung kanji
- 1 sdm terigu
- 1/4 wortel, iris tipis
- Daun bawang
Bahan saus:
- 1 siung bawang merah
- 2 sdm saus sambal
- 1 sdt saus tiram
- 1 sdm saus spaghetti
- Gula, garam, air secukupnya
Cara membuat:
- Kulit pangsit. Campurkan terigu, kanji dan garam. Aduk rata. Tambahkan minyak goreng dan air panas sedikit demi sedikit. Uleni sampai kalis. Jika sudah kalis giling menggunakam ampia (jika tidak ada bisa dengan gelas panjang dan talenan besar sebagai alas). Bentuk sampai tipis dan berbentuk segi empat. Letakkan diatas piring yang sudah di taburi terigu (agar tidak lengket). Taburi terigu di setiap lembar kulit pangsit agar tidak lengket satu dengan yang lainnya.
- Isi. Campurkan seluruh bahan isi jadi satu (sisakan sebagian wortel untuk topping). Aduk aduk sampai semua bahan tercampur rata. Ambil pangsit dan isi ditengahnya dengan bahan isian. beri sedikit wortel sebagai topping. Bungkus kulit pangsit menyerupai bunga (lihat gambar). Kukus di dandang selama kurang lebih 15 menit dengan api besar.
- Saus. Tumis irisan bawang merah sampai harum lalu masukkkan saus cabe, saus tiram dan saus spagheti. Tambahkan sedikit air dan gula garam. Sajikan bersama dimsum hangat.
