Recipe: Salmon with brown rice and broccoli

INGREDIENTS
1 piece salmon
50-70 grams brown rice
a handful of buckets broccoli
by your choice olive oil
1/2 lemon lemon juice
by choice salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180 C. Place the salmon in an aluminum foil, add the olive oil above, salt & pepper, and a little bit of the lemon juice
- Pack the salmon in the aluminum foil and place it inside the oven. Leave it there for 12-15 minutes.
- Boil the brown rice and broccoli. Add salt by taste.
