*Almond Flour Pancake- A simple yet Delicious Receipe*

Hope you have a shimmering Saturday and enjoy the day with your loved ones. I do, and just got the idea to share my joy with you. As I am new on steemit, and was really struggling to make my first post but ran out out of idea what to post. Suddenly while breaking fast, this idea struck me. So here I'm sharing it with you all.
Weekends are always special because we get the time to prepare the food of our choice and relish the taste togather. Here I am sharing this simplest yet tasty receipe with you. May be many people don't like it, but I'm sure that many steemians would love it.
It is simple, It is Almond Flour Pancake.
Almond Flour Pancakes can be made with just six simple ingredients. These hearty pancakes have no added sugar, are low carbohydrates, high protein and actually the delicious! They are Gluten free and low calorie. Keep them in the refrigerator or freezer for an easy meal prep breakfast.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 12 pancakes
INGREDIENTS
1# 6 eggs
2# 1 cup almond flour
3# 1/4 cup coconut flour
4# 1 tsp baking powder
5# 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
6# 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
You can also add a smidgen of honey or maple syrup to sweeten the cake.
HOW TO PREPARE
The Almond Flour pancake can be made with these simple to follow six steps:
Preheat an electric or stove top grill pan to medium heat. Spray some oil on it to prevent sticking.
Whisk eggs together in a mixing bowl with milk and vanilla.
To the mixture whisked as in step 2, Add almond, coconut flour and baking powder and whisk thoroughly together until a smooth batter is formed.
Scoop 1/4 cup of the batter onto the pan to form one pancake. Repeat the step for remaining batter.
Cook 2-3 minutes then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until it turns golden brown on both sides. Don't wait for bubbles to flip the pancakes.
Once cooked, transfer to a wire baking rack to cool a bit before serving.
The prepared cakes can be stored in the refrigerator up to 1 week or freezer for a month.
