13 Reasons why Season 1 - Tv Series Review
13 Reasons Why: Why would/should you watch it?
Teenage emotions - We advice kids to move on and that there are bigger things in life to deal with in future! But who were you when you were a 16 or 17-year-old? What did you think back then? How did you take things that hurt you? How hard was it for you to move on or even survive?
Well, emotions are the same everywhere! Your perception about love might change! Your goals can change! You might be an entirely different person 10 years later! But these changes apply only if you survive those barrage of emotions that sow the seeds for the person that you are growing to become!
And to help understand the importance of emotions that boys and girls face in their teenage days, this show is useful! You don't want to lose them just because they didn't have anyone to lean on! It's painful because that's the time for some of the biggest transformations in a human being. So make sure you are there for them!
About the 13 episodes, I'd say it's a bit awkwardly dragging at some points, because it's 13 episodes of 1 hour duration each (could have been less to make it more crispy and beautiful), but the message is solid and you will love Hannah Baker. You will wonder why you couldn't help that girl!
I wouldn't watch season-2 as well, because that's like an afterthought on how to run the show for one more reason. But the first one is solid! And there are a lot of lessons to be learned for a parent, teacher, friend, lover or whatever you are to a good kid!
I took a vow to be there for help! Watch it to understand the intricate and volatile designs of thinking in a boy or girl's mind that can cause them hurt, to such an extent that it's much bigger than the world that caused it to happen! All emotions have a root that caused it to grow!
My ratings
Critique: 8 - 8.5 / 10 - Only because of the need for such a story in this society, the beauty and importance of the emotions portrayed, and the concept (sans the expansion plans)
Entertainment: 7/10 - because it was unrealistic, slow and awkwardly boring at times
Chilled: 8 / 10 - because you will want to help Hannah Baker and you will shed tears for her (ONLY IN THE 1st SEASON)
Screenplay: 7.5 /10 - would have rated 8.5 or 9 for the brilliant concept and style of narration, if it was not for the guy who peeps in every 10 minutes to check on Clay like a nightmare! And also... everything that was done to keep it 13 episodes long! Not a fault mate!
Verdict: One hell of an experience!

Hey there @rakz. I must admit that you did manage to write an interesting review about the movie. The title of the movie seems bizarre, but last I checked, such movies are mostly the most interesting. Thanks for contributing to the realityhubs community.
