I think that people who tell depressed people to suck
I think that people who tell depressed people to suck it up do so because it makes them uncomfortable to have to listen to them; they get impatient with hearing real feelings. This is no excuse at all. Really, a tragedy- with all of the possibilities of communication, we connect less now than we ever did.
