Blue Steel Real Estate is Officially Open
Yesterday the real estate commission in Colorado approved my new company Blue Steel Real Estate. I am the managing broker, and owner of the company. It has been a dream of mine to have my own brokerage and 15 plus years into the business I did it.
I was planning to open up June 1st, but things got accelerated a bit! Luckily the day I was asked to leave my previous brokerage, was the day my new brokerage was approved. We have a space we are renovating in a building I bought earlier this year that is not ready yet. Luckily there was another vacant space we could move into. Yesterday myself and my project manager moved in.
We will have a grand opening this summer for the permanent office. Hopefully it is ready soon!
