Small one grew up a life of "never hit a woman" and she's a mildly attractive woman at that, she grew up getting away with hitting others and not facing retaliation.

The problem I have seen so far is that most pedophiles don't see it as an illness and many are unwilling to understand why youths can't consent. They want to join the LGBT+ community because they think it will mask their crimes somehow. Of course they have a completely misguided perception of the LGBT+ community.
