RAPAT KOORDINASI PERDANA KEPALA SEKOLAH SMP NEGERI 1 BANDA BARO PASCA PELNTIKAN

Pasca pelantikan sebagai kepala SMP Negeri 1 Banda Baro beberapa waktu lalu. Dra. Rosmiati mengadakan rapat perdana dengan seluruh dewan guru dan seluruh staf yang bertugas di sekolah tersebut. Beliau menggantikan Zulkifli Syamaun, M.Pd. yang menjabat sebagai kepala sekolah sebelumnya. Acara yang dilaksanakan sekitar pukul 10.45 WIB pada hari Senin, 26 Februari 2018 di Ruang Guru SMPN 1 Banda Baro.

Seluruh peserta rapat telah memenuhi ruang dewan guru. Rapat dibuka oleh Drs. Samsuar Mukhtar, beliau menjelaskan mengenai agenda rapat hari ini. Sedikit mukaddimah yang disampaikan oleh beliau kemudian dilanjutkan oleh kepala sekolah yang baru Dra. Rosmiati.

Beliau menyampaikan secara singkat tentang Biografinya. Memperkenalkan secara singkat tentang diri beliau. Lulusan S1 Unsyiah 1986 s.d. 1991 di prodi Bahasa Inggris. Tahun 1993 lulus CPNS di SMA Negeri 1 Jantho Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

Tahun 2009 pengangkatan perdana sebagai kepala SMPN 2 Nisam sampai dengan Februari 2018. Sekarang beliau menjadi salah satu calon kepala sekolah terbaik Aceh Utara. Banyak kegiatan yang pernah diikuti mulai dari Pramuka dan kegiatan ekstra kurikuler yang lain

Beliau lulusan Sekolah Dasar Padang Tiji Kabupaten Pidie. Lulusan SMP Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe. Lulus SMA Negeri 1 Lhokseumawe. Tentang kedua orang tua, Ayah berasal dari Bireuen dan Ibu berasal dari Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen. Ayah beliau purnawirawan TNI.

Selesai Tahapan perkenalan diri, beliau melanjutkan tentang program yang akan dijalankan di sekolah ini. Beberapa program tersebut mulai penataan sarana dan prasarana yang sudah ada. Program penunjang untuk keberhasilan siswa mulai dari mempersiapkan siswa untuk FLS2N, group nasyid, group rebana, pemanfaatan laboratorium komputer untuk menunjang prestasi siswa serta program lain yang dianggap perlu.
