Is Eminem becoming irrelevant in the music industry?

At one point of time Eminem was one of the most successful rapper in the music industry. But after his album Recovery which was released in 2010 he took a break from releasing new albums. Fans waited patiently for years believing that The Rap God would make a triumphant return. After a long wait in 2017 Eminem's new album Revival was released, but the tracks did not have the fire they had in the past, it seemed like the once bad boy of rap music Eminem had turned to sage. Lyrics of his album seemed to be materialization of his mixed emotions about people thinking that his musical career was over. People were ready to see Eminem being Eminem, but it was just his message to people that he was not over yet. His album received mixed reviews. In the mean time Eminem expressed his hate for President elect Donald Trump, it's okay for a celebrity to express his political views but what amazed people was his free style rap rant about Donald Trump was contained some aggressive remarks. Fast forward to present time Eminem released another album called Kamikaze. In some of the tracks Eminem expressed his distaste about 'mumble rappers' (rappers whose lyrics seems less like any lyrics and more like random mumbling), which was okay but in some of the tracks Eminem made some crude remarks about some of the people who criticized Eminem's previous album Revival, the likes of Tyler the creator and DJ Akademics Eminem even took a shot at Drake. In his long history of music Eminem was many thing he never hated any one who did not like his music, now it seems like Eminem has become the very thing he hated one life time ago. And his albums are having less impacts than it used to. So it might the time when even Rap God Eminem has turned irrevalent in the music industry.
