Hello Steemians @m3mt here again, this week @khackett has being carrying a series of one challenged per day till payout in her blog, and each challenge can be completed before the post payout, that means you have seven days for doing it the challenge after it was posted.

This challenge is the Number 11 of the list, go to Random Challenge of the Day #11 - Write a 300 word or less story using the theme: "Aliens abducted my.. in there can find a link for all the previous challenges, and without any further delay this is my entry.

Aliens Abducted my:

I just arrived home and it did not took long for me to noticing it, something felt wrong.

A defying silence, and that familiar greeting was missing.

Maybe she didn’t hear me I thought.

“Lulu I am home” I called to her signaling my arrival, but she never answered.

She always welcome me, but now she was missing.

I searched the room, but she was not there.

I searched the backyard, but she was not there.

I searched the kitchen, but she was not there.

“Lulu where are you?” I asked myself with a worried face.

I searched in the neighborhood, but nobody knew a thing.

I searched on the streets too, but I couldn't find her.

“Lulu” I said filled with grief.

I had to give up on the search and return home in hopes she will be there.

I opened the house door but she was still missing, I had to accept the facts, she was gone.

“How could it be?” I whispered into the air.

“Did Lulu escape?” I said with regret.

I called the police, but they won’t help me, they only let out a laughter and hang the phone, ending the call and my hopes of ever finding her.

“Lulu” I could only said while i started to cry, and cry without end I did.

The phone rang.

“Lulu” I instantly answered it, but at the other end of the phone the only thing that had come out was a horrified screeching noise, leaving me deaf in the ear.

“STOP! STOP! STOOOOP!” I screamed over and over again while covering my ears, but the noise didn’t stop.

I could not hear even my own voice or thoughts, as the windows of my house started exploding one after the other.

The only thing I could do was to try to unplug the cord of the phone, and with all the strength I could muster, I pull the cord of the wall.

The horrified screeching noise finally stopped.

“Finally!” I said.

Woof! woof! I heard the familiar call of lulu.

I turned around and there she was, Lulu.

“Lulu” I scream and ran to hug her.

Lulu swing her tail back and fork, signaling she was happy to see me too, while she barked as she always did.

“Lulu, I finally found you, you don’t know how much I had missing you”

Next to Lulu was a note.

In the note there was written two lines, I could not understand one line but the other said

“Sorry we took your dog”

Aliens Abducted my Dog
