Hello Folks,

Here is my second post in the 'random image' quest.

I'm sure many of us have odd photos stashed away in an unloved folder, hidden away on their hard drives. Photos that today, you're not even sure why you took it. So let's take advantage of this and bring these neglected images to the masses.

There are of course a few rules:

1. The photo has to be your own (or family member). No copy/paste malarkey here folks so please be honest.
2. Please state when and where (roughly, not wanting exact date/time/place) the image was taken.
3. In no more than 50 words, try and explain to all your fellow steemians, why the hell did you take it!

That last one might be a tricky one but please persevere.

4. Oh, and don't forget to use the #random-image tag.

WHEN/WHERE?

Sept. 2005 at our first home together in Batley, West Yorkshire, England.

WHY?

I'm guessing it was one of those days where:

a) I didn't have to clean the cr@p out of the cage ('Winsty' the hamster was my wife's pet but she couldn't stand cleaning it out out that became my job!)

b) One of those rare days when the little bugg@r didn't bite me.

c) I actually though the smelly fur-ball was particularly 'cute' that day.
