For breakfast I prepared some small and delicious fried corn, cheese and parsley arepas, they are easy, cheap, really fantastic...

Para desayunar preparé unas pequeñas y riquísimas arepas fritas de maíz, queso y perejil, son fáciles, económicas, realmente a fantásticas…

Ingredients:

Ingredientes:

• 1 cup of cornmeal.
• 1/2 cup of white cheese.
• A few sprigs of parsley.
• Salt.
• 1/2 cup of water.
• Oil.

• 1 taza de harina de maíz.
• 1/2 taza de queso blanco.
• Unas ramitas de perejil.
• Sal.
• 1/2 taza de agua.
• Aceite.

Initially, we cut the parsley and cheese.

Inicialmente, cortamos el perejil y el queso.

Next, we pour the cornmeal, salt and water.

Seguidamente, vertimos la harina de maíz , la sal y el agua.

We knead until we form a soft dough and form small arepitas.

Amasamos hasta formar una masa suave y formamos pequeñas arepitas.

Finally, we fried the arepitas and enjoyed them in our breakfast.

Finalmente, freímos las arepitas y disfrutamos en nuestro desayuno.
