That's meant to be buzz wordy as hell. It's all pseudo lingo for a program I'm writing. It's a simulation that will hopefully produce general artificial intelligence. Right now I am working on the rules for spawning energy. Been working on them for a while. I tested out one method. It's garbage. Everything being in a linked list ring is not a good idea.
