Hope you are all having a nice week so far...
On this side of the world, today we completed the 24th day of fasting for this year's Ramadan!
We are left with very few days before the end of this Holy Month and hence these days I am sharing the last few tables left!
Let me show you the 24th Iftaar Table...another one full of yummy dishes!
First of all...check out this fruit plate I did for our 24th Iftaar table!
On the plate we have Mandarin / Apple / Star Fruit / 2 types of Guavas!

Before sharing the most favorite dish of my daughter, have a look at the full table first!

Stuffed Minced Beef with Hard Boiled Eggs...
This one is a classic Mauritian dish and it was my sister who made my daughter discover this dish for the first time!
And since the day she tasted it, she fell in love with it!
Hard boiled eggs are wrapped with seasoned minced beef and braised in a spicy tomato sauce!

Served with Homemade Batbout Bread...
It was as usual my wife who was behind most of the cooking and everything came out super yummy!
While everyone else had the main dish with Homemade Batbout Bread, I had mine with steamed rice!

Fried Snacks and Fruits...
As usual we had our plate of different fried snacks like : Samosas / Spring Rolls / Fried Dough / Chicken Crisp!
All served with some sweet and sour sauce!

Table Number 25 coming up tomorrow!
Tomorrow at this time we will have completed day number 25 and thinking about the 26th one...it is crazy how time if flying!!!
