๐โจ RAMADAN 2024 ๐โจ - IFTAAR TABLE 18 - Chicken Tandoori Rice and Spicy Tomato Salsa as our Main Dish!

Welcome back to my daily Iftaar Table, a series I started since the beginning of Ramadan and today we are already at number 18!!!

Today we completed the 18th day of fasting and here I am with the 18th Iftaar Table...
Iftaar Table Number 18!

Chicken Tandoori Rice prepared by my sister...
Same as each Friday, the rice dish was cooked by my sister and came out super yummy!
It was served with a spicy tomato salsa...

Breaded Eggplants Fingers...
We made these for the first time last year and today we made them again!
I will write a separate post in SIC to show the steps to make this easy and delicious snacks, stay tuned for it!

Some fried Snacks and Fruit Cuts & Drinks to complete the table!
As usual and same as on all tables up to now, we had couple of fried snacks like samosas and halfmoons that we enjoy with some spicy chutneys and sauces!
Without forgetting our usual plate of fruits and today we had some watermelons for the first time since the beginning of Ramadan! Very refreshing plate of fruits again we had today!

Table Number 18 DONE...Now ready for the 19th one!!!
We are already thinking and planning for number 19 and tomorrow by this time you will get to discover it!
After today's table, normally we will be left with 12 or less tables to go before the Holy month of Ramadan is over...not many left!
I already started buying stuffs for Eid and we will continue for the next couple of days as time will run now on!
Got to go and have some relax time now!
