Hello everyone!

Welcome back to my daily Iftaar Table, a series I started since the start of Ramadan and today marks the 15th post on the series!

I really hope these tables are welcomed by the community and you enjoy discovering our food culture here in Mauritius via my blog!

Today we fasted for the 15th day here in Mauritius and we just completed our Iftaar...meaning we just broke our fast and I am happy to share the 15th Iftaar Table with you!

Homemade Chicken Burger by my wife was so yummy!

I think this is the first time we had burgers for Iftaar...

During the 30 days of Ramadan...everyday we try prepare different foods, this has become a habit at my place and we all love it!

Today as main item on the table was the chicken burgers prepared by my wife, so yummy as usual!

We did not serve with French Fries though, it would be too much to eat!

Fried Rice with Eggs / Corn / Green Peas + Creamy Mushroom Chicken!

Another first timers we got with these 2 dishes!

The fresh mushrooms in the chicken made it taste magical and the rice was perfectly seasoned too!

So many delicious foods to choose from and break our fast! Both kids and adults are happy with such foods offering, isn't it friends!?

Entering the 2nd part of the month of Ramadan!

As from tomorrow we will enter the 2nd and last part of Ramadan which usually is known to pass by soooo rapidly!

This is mainly because we will tend to get busy with the preps for Eid...

So stay tuned for the 16th Table coming up tomorrow around the same time!
