An Educative Session With @kingscrown... Cryptocurrency Blogger... Great Curator...Rainmaker...Part One
..
My Guest on The Rainmakers this week is cryptocurrency blogger @kingscrown, and this interview with him shed light on some important issues and also provided answers to some questions we all have been asking.
Ladies and Gentlemen I give @kingscrown.
..
..
Ogochukwu: How did you learn about steemit?
Kingscrown: I was into Bitshares and then heard Dan is making a new project. So i went into Steemit. Not right away, but pretty early – May 2016.
Ogochukwu: What are your thoughts about the recent hard fork and its effects on steemit and steemians as a whole?
Kingscrown: I do not like that each HF is “fixing” few things with one stone. Usually they overlook something and it ends badly. I also don't like how this coin exists a year and has almost 19 hardforks. LTC is way older and had like 1 HF, this is not normal to HF a coin every 2 months. Especially when it plays with people's feelings (rewards).
Ogochukwu: What are your thoughts about the three growth-related priorities being run by the steem team which is led by Mitchell Loureiro (@zurvanic) and Andrew Levine (@andrarchy)? i.e. communities, effortless onboarding and Mobile application
Kingcrown: We will see how they execute it. At this point, these are just plans without anything else.
Ogochukwu: Do you have any advice for young steemians who just started blogging on the platform?
Kingscrown: Write everyday, don't look on rewards, reply to everybody who replies to your post, comment on other posts. And don't ever whine, rant and get into drama. Stay positive and active – it will pay off.
Ogochukwu: You must have come across quite a lot of posts and comments. Who are your favorite authors? And your best post?
Kingscrown: I wouldn't want to choose best authors as there is plenty, i follow 42 people but not all of them are active, some people i don't follow but i watch for their stuff.
I do 1 post every day, and i try to keep same quality so really hard to choose best one, but possibly the post i like most is from comic series i have madeWhole series of those (3 or 4 comics in a row) are funny and good imo.
Ogochukwu: You are someone who blogs about crypto-currencies, what inspired this and do you blog any other place apart from Steemit?
Kingscrown: Since 4 years i actually own a blog – http://fuk.io but i post there once a month. The reason is there is big mailing list attached to the blog so i don't want to spam mailboxes of people.
Going to Steem for daily news vs one post a month was natural. Despite reading me here you should email subscribe to blog to know whens new post + people on mailing list always get little more extra infos.
Ogochukwu: How do you see the Impact of the Block Chain on the World Economy?
Kingscrown: It seems banks and governments are starting to use this technology due to transparency and no way of faking documents or data on it. Seems its bigger invention than ol grandpa Bitcoin.
Ogochukwu: What do you think is the reason why some countries are slow in adopting the blockchain?
Kingscrown: Currently even 3rd world countries started using BTC, but i think it was problems with getting internet and computers for everybody and small prices in local currency. If BTC fee is currently 1-6 USD and in some countries, you can live 2 days on the equivalent of that.. Well that doesn.t add up.
Ogochukwu: In your estimation, how long do you think it will take before the world runs on a cashless economy powered by the blockchain?
Kingscrown: Not sure governments will allow this, since they are unable to print money and this is the biggest part of how they earn anything. I expect more fees on exchanges and more laws trying to make using coins harder and a worse experience.

Thanks to @kingscrown and @ogochukwu for taking the time to present more quality information regarding steemit and cryptocurrency. I'm a big proponent of staying positive, staying active and learning on this platform. Whining never made someone a dolphin or a whale!
Hello @wakeupsheeps
Thanks for reading and adding your thoughts to the conversation.
@Ogochukwu
Wonderful advice, blog everyday and stay positive and active.
Informative interview. I have to keep reminding myself how untapped the entire crypto market is, let alone Steemit. We haven't even chipped away at the surface. It is exciting to be part of the early stages of such a large movement.
Hello @swenger
Just like you said I believe that the power of Cryptocurrency is yet to be harnessed it is just like in the olden days when the only use solar energy had was to dry things.
@Ogochukwu
Nice post my friend. :)
Thanks for reading Hanto
This series is a great opportunity to learn about the people of steemit. Than you @ogochukwu.
Thank you Sir @eroche
It was you who set the ball rolling
Great advice, I'm only here my second week but there is so much good advice and help for newbies starting out. I love to blog and have a number of my own as well as guest blogging on others.. For me its another platform to share my thoughts experience and learn from others. If I make any money on the side its a bonus - because ultimately I'm doing what I enjoy

Excellent idea for a post @ogochukwu. The knowledge you can gain from this post, as a "new guy", is gold! I'm glad I could hear some wisdom from kingscrown as well... Followed him a few days ago actually!
