The News: A Water River Forms Off The West Coast - Temps Down!

This is hopeful and normal weather. A couple or a few weeks in February are normally warmer. Then comes cold March, most of April.

They're normally wet.

I looked at the four Fremont Poplars I planted. The little ones that seemed to sprout at the bottom of the pool, they appear to be budding.

The two larger ones that had a lot of bark damage, they may have a few buds. If they grow, WONDERFUL!

From the last little storm that came in, I captured about twenty gallons so far. The moisture has caused fogs, and dews.

Normally by now, I am in great shape from all the snow removal here and because I am outside so much, cold acclimated.

They say it will be nine fahrenheit tonight and colder for the next few days but if there is as much snow coming as they predict - cold for weeks.

And a big part of rainmaking is demon trapping:

That's an open tailed fish. Inside from about to tail. I X O with a horizontal dash in the middle - theta, V, Sigma. Or, ΙΧΘΥΣ.

Deregulation Battle

Anyways, there is a big political battle shaping in Washington, DC.

For a long time, which against the U.S. Constitution, the law: Bureaucracy, Agencies have made their own regulations, enforced them, and determined, levied fines. The Congress or legislatures of states are the only ones authorized to enact laws.

Senator Mike Lee of Utah, stated today there are over 100,000 pages laws and regulations solely from the federal government, most are regulations. He is not counting tax law, which is at least 75,000 pages of law all by itself.

Proposed: there is the REINS ACT the senator and many others are for, pro. That would force a return the Constitutional and legal method of enacting law. Each law or regulation would require a vote from first the House of Representatives, then the Senate.

Perhaps, believe it or not, The U.S. Military should be deregulated first!

For example, the truckers had a huge manual and they added second manual, The Commercial Vehicle Safety Act. Or something like that. It too was huge.

Laws can become so numerous and complex, that forced stasis results. Nobody in Los Angeles, California could turn on the water to fire hydrants.

Last but not Least

So, let's say this water comes by snow or rain and the weather returns to normal, at the end of the Beings from the Void ceased their attacks, attempts to take and destroy all life on Earth.

I know I fought them. At least 15 other human beings I met did. The vast host of Heaven did too. That truthfully hurt, that fight.

I pray the divine war is over. Amen.

Praise

Thanks

Amen
