HI friends how are you all. Today I come with another interesting tasty recipe using Ragi flour.

Yes today I using Ragi flour for this recipe. On combining ragi and wheat hear I preparing crispy Dosa.

For busy working persons, who have no time to cook. Who need very simple and tasty, crispy dish just try it.

For preparing this dish we don't need lot of time. But for better crispy Dosa we need to give time for fermentation or we can also make instantly too.

For preparing this dish we need only little ingredients, no need more ingredients.

For this we need 1 cup Ragi flour, 1 cup wheat flour, Butter 1/2 cup, salt as needed, water as needed.

In this dish we can use rice flour instead of wheat flour too. Any thing we cad need use as you desire.

Now I give details about how to prepare this Crispy Dosa. For this first we took one bowl. In this put ragi flour, wheat flour, butter milk, salt as needed. Mix them well. If needed add water, and mix them well,like a Dosa battle.

Just leave this mix over night. Then after take one Dosa pan. Now cook Dosa how much you need.

Now crispy Ragi Wheat Dosa is ready. It is good combination with onion chutney.
