2020+ Review
New year, new decade, and wow has it been a whirlwind!
This past decade began, and ended with WSQL being a big part of my life. I have learned so much, and am so appreciative of it all!!!
(Below is a pic of me @ work at WSQL)
It was such a joy to return to radio! And what a challenging year for such a return...
...
There have been so many challenges, don't get me wrong... There have been some pretty amazing things too along the way.
I absolutely love living closer to the Pisgah National Forest, nestled into Transylvania County, the land of the waterfalls.
The forests were actually quite busy with people deciding that the outdoors were a safer option for a vacation.
Sadly this meant more garbage than usual in some places, and a bigger challenge to find unfrequented spaces.
We sure did get creative with our outdoor picnic spots...
...
And the food was amazing!!!!
Sometimes, it's the little things that make life worth living.
Like the walrus I found in the parking lot on the way to work, on John Lennon's birthday. Coincidence?
The walrus is right at home at WSQL... as am I. Koo Koo kachoo!!!
