RE: why do we still have racism in America?
Hi Joe. I was swinging by to check on your profile because I was investigating WHY you're still a level 25 and see that you're brandy new!
Welcome to Steemit!
Okay, so I have a lot to say about this subject but I'm going to hold my tongue for the moment. Instead, I'd like to throw out some posting suggestions that may help your and your art get noticed.
- Create a .doc or .txt template so you can easily create a proper signature at the bottom of your posts.
- Include a link to your website and your active social media channels. These two things will help get your verified as a real person and an original artist. (We can get a little rabid about verification. Don't take it personal. We're just trying to keep the site clean and legit.)
- Cite your own work. After visiting your site, I know the cartoon is yours but most people will not to do the research to vet you. (We're also very rabid about plagiarism)
- Use headers. You're an artist so you know the importance of white space, proportions and sections. Same thing with blogging. Try using # with a space in the first line of your post. It should look like this:
top level header
Any additional # decreases the size of the header and search engines recognize them as important to the blog so try to include key words in it.
