When Life Gives You Bananas, Make Pancakes!

We have a surplus of lacatan bananas because we grow them in this farm. We just harvested a few recently, some were sold and some we kept to share with family and friends. We will also bring some to the church as an offer to the altar hoping we be blessed more in the next season of planting.

We have a surplus of bananas now because suddenly they are getting ripe so quickly. For now, we made banana pancakes to make sure we do not waste the ones that are about to be overripe. Tomorrow, we might have some salad and banana cake if we are not busy. If not, we will give more to the neighbors.
