Barista On The Loose- Summer Escape
Well, I've been busy in the corporate world. Gotta work for some achieving targets for the people, or better call them yuppies or young professionals that I develop. Managing them is a bit exhausting but they are the ones who are doing the job for us hit bull's eye. I am just behind planning and developing.
With tiring days and more coffee concoctions on our way, stealing some time for a break maybe just fine to reward this peeps for bringing out their best behind the bar, espresso bar

Sequoia And Yosemite National Parks- The Story Of My Bear
I had just a few more days to spend in the US. I was running out of time. Since I’ve spent two days in Death Valley, I had only one day for Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks. It is crazy to try cover both for a day and I don’t recommend to rush through the parks that way. The only thing that made me feel better was that I didn’t have winter equipment and there was plenty of snow at the end of January

NEWS
Our local Sheriff @brumest wrote an nice and simple post about how to properly source images in order to pass the approval process for the Qurator Project. We see quite a lot of members who get rejected by not using the right images or sourcing incorrectly. We are bringing the hammer down on new and old members. We need to up the quality of posts and in that way up the rewards as well. We know that this might not be the most fun thing to do but in the long run it will pay off, being a respected Steemian/Qurite.

We will be sending out some comments with the Tier 0 upvote. We don't think many of the members are aware that it is really easy to move up to a higher tier by showing Qurator some support. Let's hope some of the older members can move up in tiers and we can make the whole community a bit stronger. =)

Tier Updates Finalized
Tier updates are out and finalized. You can check out the post HERE.
The short version is that Tier 1 and Tier 2 requirements have changed a bit. Please review them.
A separate account has been created and 30 000 SP has been delegated to it. @qurator-tier-1-2 will be upvoting Tier 1 and Tier 2 members.
A large amount of SP was undelegated from @qurator to accommodate for the new account, BUT the upvote weights have been adjust so they should balance out. Just have to see how the Voting Power holds up with the big change.

Steemauto Curation Trail
We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.
Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprize for a lucky trailer. =P
