Year Of The Dog!
February 16th (2018 for any of you time travelers out there) will be the start of 'The Year of the Dog', as you are probably aware the Chinese Zodiac rotates on a 12 year cycle and people born in the following years are from the year of the dog: 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006 and this year 2018... The Chinese New Year utilises the Gregorian Calendar and each year the Lunar New Year will fall between January 21st and February 20th

Cover Designs!
I would like to personally thank all th members who took part in the cover designs! They look amazing! We will be taking a while to carefully look at them all and then announce the winner tomorrow!

The lease for @qurator-tier-0 has been filled and it will be used to support the Tier 0 members. We had to do this since Steemit can't really upvote smaller than 0.5% and with our account growing the way it is we were neglecting those who participate and support Qurator. Now that the main @qurator account does not have to upvote T0 members our Voting Power will regenerate at a slow but steady rate, this in turn will mean better upvotes for all the supporters!

We all know that there are some awesome Steemians that created great challenges with cool prizes here on steemit. @stresskiller took it upon himself to make a really neat Steemit challenges calendar that he synced and integrated into Qurator's Discord Channel. New Tiers Update
Steemauto Curation Trail
We suggest not following the trail with 100%, steemauto has 2 ways of following a trail, static or scaled. We suggest using SCALED instead of static since static votes can add up quickly and drain VP very fast. We suggest using scaled and then maybe around 25%.
Steemauto can show us who is currently on the trail and at what percentage. Looking forward to see more Qurites joining the trail in the near future! We also reward the team players and there might be a nice surprize for a lucky trailer. =P
