Ah, there's the problem. Upvoting resteems are not Qurator posts. For the Tiers you should only upvote @qurator posts. like this one for example. Then also the Daily Qurator posts, Tasty Tuesday/Photo Friday.
We count all the upvotes on MONDAY 12PM UTC Time. So swing by to get your votes before then. =)
The other easier solution will be to set up an autovoter like steemvoter/steemauto
