hmmmm, quite true. What's the way out. Here in Nigeria, we have many research institutions, yet, none of the research recommendations are utilized in governance and the likes. We're simply scooping more than our mouths can take. Great quote @onya
yes that is really true. our nigeria today is still dwelling on our past glory but i believe the world is changing nigeria is changing with it but in a very slow form but i believe the current youth of today are trying not to depend on the country and that should really help a lot because it helped in the great powers states. well thanks a lot for the upvote and comment!
