In theory it should work, the problem is that people that are in a position of power only apply those rules for the people and not for themselves, normally when they get to the power they forget about those bases, except for Pepe Mujica who I think is a person who always practiced his principles

Doesn't work in theory and can never work in practice.
The reason is simple - if left with the choice to be paid to work or be paid to do nothing - people will do nothing!

I think that's communism, socialism is a little bit softer but it doesn't work either I think the perfect position is in the middle taking good things from both sides, normally who are able to do this is people from the left, both extremes are very bad

I live in Venezuela... The socialism the socialism of this century helps the most needy by violating the rights of people who work and have prepared themselves in their lives ... at the time these people leave the country and stop producing ... literally a parasitic state is created .. The socialism of the 21st century is apology to mediocrity, like the Miss Universe contest yesterday, only the contestants who had traumas in their lives classified ... the women who for some reason were prepared and did well in life none was chosen among the first 20-.
