Yesterday, QAnon dropped some new documents and asked us to "scroll through" them. One of them is a 1996 Senate hearing regarding CIA media infiltration. The other is a series of interactions in April 1977 between the Director of Central Intelligence, Stanfield Turner (who died last month) and the head of a congressional committee investigating the assassinations of JFK and Martin Luther King Jr. (http://www.intelligence.senate.gov/sites/default/files/hearings/ciasuseofjournal00unit.pdf)

The final item in the PDF is listed below. Someone who draws smileys and identifies only as "Herb" in a handwritten note basically tells Adm. Turner to substantially change his letter. Who could this Herb be? If you think you know, please chime in?
