YourNewsWire is known to exhibit a "jumping to conclusions" approach to journalism. Sometimes they plant completely fake stories, seemingly with the purpose to discredit independent researchers/media. Besides, I'm not sure her posting a photo on twitter is a firm link to Podesta. Pure speculation, there's better evidence out there.

Technically yes but not really. There are many different types of intelligence test and once you get to the extreme upper end you're talking about people that can't really be tested by anything the rest of us can think up. There's sort of an upper limit where only the people above that limit can devics anything to test above that limit, if that makes sense. I would say anyone claiming an above 200 IQ is almost certainly full of shit as most test just don't go there. There are various "High IQ" societies The Prometheus Society and Four Sigma have ~50ish members each and as the latter name suggest are above 99.997% of the population and then the Pi and Mega Societies have a couple each maybe? The societies either have their own version of an intelligence test or are using knowledge base in conjunction with IQ. The Prometheus Society for instance currently uses MAT scores which requires a candidate to be fairly well read in order to achieve a high score.
