Cryptographically Speaking - Solve this code.... WEEK 12

So, here we are in the final week of Cryptographically Speaking, and the total prize fund is standing at 0.54SBD. No-one has had a go at cracking the code as yet, so let's have a re-cap of the clues so far......

There are 17 words in the phrase
The first letter is a "b"The message has NO CAPITAL letters
The message contains spaces between words
There is NO punctution in the message
The message is in ENGLISH only
The information in the message is something which is already known about Bluebook Investments
Its a mathematical cypher
It could be as easy as Pi
The first word has 8 letters
The second word begins with an "I"
The last letter is an "n"
The last word begins with a "b"
The 16th word is "a" (all on its own)
The last word in the cypher has 10 letters

To make things a little bit easier, just like last week, we are giving you TWO clues to help solve the puzzle, and they are both words.....
