@steemitwatcher i just downloaded the image from the google and upload it as my thumbnail but, if it is against the steemit policy and I'm letting down my mistake so please don't report my profile , i make sure you that i will never repeat these kind of mistakes again

You can use the images from the internet but you need to give credits to the original owner of that particular content.
use this format :
[source] (URL to original location of the image ) - remove the space without brackets.
