We surf because Alice wasn't the only person supposed to find their wonderland.

I've traveled the world, lived in several countries, changed my address 18 times so far, came to know many different cultures and people, learned to speak different languages... but no place in the world has sparked the fire inside myself the way my current homeland does.

The people, the landscape, the beaches, the surf and the fact that I've got the sensation to perfectly fit in here, makes me want to settle for the first time ever in my life.

Forever is a big word, but I feel that I might stay here a little eternity.

Pura vida

Yes life is quite pure, unbiased, authentic and inspiring on a volcanic island.

Even though I've been living on Canary Islands for seven years now (including a break in the middle), its geological diversity, abundant vegetation and unique landscapes are still absolutely breathtaking to me.

While during my twenties I was convinced that quality of life was something that we had to build by possessing as much status symbols as possible, later on I discovered that...

The best things in life are actually not things.

The very best in life was already created long time before we were born.

Take a deep breath, have a swim in the wide ocean, let the wind mess up your hair, feel the sunbeams on your skin - and you'll realize what I mean :-)
