Em uma assembleia, na qual 10% é representativo o suficiente para decidir pelo todo, tropeça no incisivo XVI, art. 5 da Constituição Federal"XVI - todos podem reunir-se pacificamente, sem armas, em locais abertos ao público, independentemente de autorização, desde que não frustrem outra reunião anteriormente convocada para o mesmo local, sendo apenas exigido prévio aviso à autoridade competente;"
Se maioria optar pela continuidade das atividades acadêmicas (reunião anteriormente convocada), não cabe aos 10% impedi-los.Possível solução?
Crie ferramentas que amplie a participação do todo, para que assim se tenha um ambiente verdadeiramente democrático.
