Addiction
Addiction is the science of addictive, that is, about dependent behavior. She explores the causes of addictions (addictions), the patterns of their development, signs and symptoms, as well as methods of therapy and correction. As an independent scientific direction, it emerged in the US in the late 1980s, becoming a separate section of the narcology associated with the abuse of psychoactive drugs and alcohol.
Addictive behavior is a special form of deviant behavior (ie, with deviations), expressed in a person's desire to escape from reality, changing his mental state. Simply put, a person "runs" from reality, which does not suit him. The meaning is to change the state of the psyche by using certain substances or concentrating on certain types of activity or objects.
