Be happy is a decisión the everyday, nothing more important than living a life you are satisfed.

  1. Believe in yourself
    Before you start you have to believe in yourself, you are the creator of your own life, because you have the power to do anything, you are so much stronger than you think. Get out y kick!

  2. Eat Healthy

Your body it´s the one thing that is going to sick with you for the rest of your life, so take care. Nourish it with real food, with macronutrients such as carbohydrate, protein and fats, and not trash that will make you feel bad.

  1. Workout
    Getting stronger will make you feel unstoppable. You can do anything, look fit is good path for love yourself. Also will make you feel amazing.

  2. Sleep
    Although it does not seem important, if it is and a lot, sleep is probably the most underrated aspect of life. If rest the hours enough will you have a happy attitude and not bad mood

  3. Be as optimistic as posible
    The happiness attracts to other full happiness persons, you have to be what you want to attract, is the key to success, when you are optimistic, not only will you have a more positive view of life, you will also be someone that the people loves around of them.
