Resource Optimisation

Resource is a stock or supply of money, material, stuff, and other assets that can be drawn on by a person or organization in order to function effectively.

In other words, resources are things in your possession which properly and effectively utilized will transform you or/and your world.

From our definition, an organization or individual draws from a material to function effectively.
A material can be anything but our ability to make something out of anything is what makes us resourceful.

Resourcefulness is making the best use of the material we have in our possessions (resources). For example, if you are here on steemit socializing, building relationships and make money... You are being resourceful with your phone/laptop as against what most people do with the Gadgets on other social media platforms, spending time, money and data just to build an illusive profile for friends to envy.

Resource Nullification / Underestimation

All too often folks echo words like "I have nothing to start with" or "what I have is not enough"
Reiterating the ford quote in my word

If you say you have nothing or what you have is not enough you are right.

Many times, because we don't know how valuable what we have is or we don't know how to transform what we have into value, we are left with the notion of I have not or I have little and we pay dearly for it, my mentor puts it best.

We pay for ignorance but we get paid for relevance.

History and experience have always printed pictures of situations where a new person comes into an already established office and with the same limited office resources or even less of what the previous office occupant had, and this new person takes the office to a new level with fewer resources. To buttress my point more clearly,

Samuel Pierpont Langley had most of the resources needed to build a plane but the Wright Brothers did it with less.

Steps For Optimizing Resources

• Establish your mission, values, and vision.
• Articulate and itemize your resources
• streamline your operation and activities to focus on your mission values and vision goals
• implement strong accountability Measure
• Eliminate waste and time wasters
• squeeze current assets

In conclusion, everyone, I repeat everyone has resources in their possession, think to search and research how to utilize them for he who seeks will always find.
