I have noticed the strong affinity those who want more out of life or 'greatness' if I may - have for solitude. I guess it brings a clarity of purpose and more time to hone the craft till the moment of rising comes

So constantly in conflict with a self composed of such complex characters,
searching for a peaceful simplicity..
Most of our stress and apprehenions are the result of imposed ideas, goals and purposes.
Full of desire to create, expand, inspire...
Aching to see the potential within us all to unfold...
Propelled by a longing for the completeness of an eternally brilliant masterpiece...
We obviously have unknown and underdeveloped potentials but its discovery should be driven by internal reallizations and self-motivation, but by external manipulation. Anything achieved under that (and it's almost imposible to escape that) ends up being unsatisfying.
Perhaps, even, that there is nowhere to go,
nothing to do,
no one to be -
but here,
this,
us.
and maybe not even "us"
The contemplation of that possibility is mindblowing.Maybe that's why most settle for conformity.
There's a famous poem by Charles Bukowski entitled "Throwing the Dice" that says:
If you are going to try, go all the way.
Otherwise don't even start.
We start from action, from doing, from betting. Playing can mean losing or winning. If we are going to try, let's do it until the end, let's leave traces. You are made for a goal, you have a goal! The gift that God gave you cannot be despised with doubt. Your voice and the word as weapons are your flag. It is true that in the race that is life, there will always be comparison, competition. The higher you are in the tree, the higher you want to get, and perhaps the more alone you are. But let the branches be your company, the fruits of that tree that you are, the most juicy, the greatest. You are a man of talent, @rok-sivante, and that is a prize. You earned it! God bless you
@rok-sivante, We all are creative beings but the biggest tragedy is, most of us are not aware of their potential and creativity, and people who knows may be failing to direct towards right direction so that they can attain the path of Success. And most importantly, we have to understand one thing and that is for every doubts we are answers.
Yes, in most of the cases we have to dare because we hold fear, fear is natural but when we add overthinking phase to our fears then we create Artificial Fear for ourselves which in reality is not there but still we are making efforts through the overthinking to think about it. So we have to think big, dare and we have to implement our thoughts to convert dreams into reality.
I wish I could write something to this, but it has all been said. I can only allow the space of silence to settle in after reading this in honor of the truth expressed in these words.
