Mind's power
¿Is the mind what we call the brain?
We all have the same brain, that is, it is composed of the same elements.
They are not identical but if they have the same structure and what really differentiates them is the mind.
¿But what is the mind?
The mind is the way you use the brain and that's where the big difference lies.
That mind or that mentality is just a pattern of thoughts that was forged by the beliefs that were stored during your growth. And that is what is determining your current reality, the way you use your brain is what keeps you stuck or allows you to progress.
Remember that the law of attraction says that everything you think you attract to your life, then the key is to direct those thoughts by the best possible way since you will always be thinking. "This is one of the keys to being happy."
Fortunately that mentality or that way of thinking can be changed so that you can understand how to develop the power of the mind.
¿How to develop the power of the mind?
To discover how to develop the power of the mind, you need to understand that your thoughts are incessant, you are always thinking, no matter what you are doing but there is always a wave of thoughts 24 hours a day.
Even when you are thinking about something, your mind remains active all the time.
Without change, progress is impossible; and those who are not able to change their mentality are not able to change anything.
"George Bernard Shaw"
There is no more accurate statement that you just read. It is really frustrating to see how there are so many people who resist change.
Every human being must have the ability to realize that the only way to progress and improve in life is through Change.
Many insist on resisting and remaining sunk in depressions, stress, worry and in a continuous vicious circle of complaints and discomforts due to their economy, health and relationships.
Fortunately YOU are here TODAY to change and transform your life.
If you wish, from THIS MOMENT you can begin to improve in ALL areas of your life!
¿But what is that change you need?
¿How can you improve the results you are getting today?
As the phrase says at the beginning "Those who are not able to change their minds are not able to change anything."
And that is the change that is needed to achieve better results in life.
But let me tell you a little about how I went from being in an unfavorable situation to improving my life in all aspects and that I made the decision to change my mentality.
I spend a lot of time stumbling, misguided and disoriented in the world. At first, like many people, and like YOU, I was looking for methodologies, techniques, tricks and ways to improve the external part of my life.
As much as I bought, read and put into practice what these materials said, I could not improve my life. I lived stagnant and the same questions were always in my head:
¿Because others can and I can not?
¿Am I destined to fail?
¿Because if I'm trying, I can not change?
¿Do you know what the problem was?
I was pointing to the wrong place!
If you want to change your outer world you must first change your inner world. This was the biggest revelation I've had in my life.
Today I can:
- √ * Enjoy clarity and peace of mind.
- √ * Have a well-defined purpose.
- √ * I know how to define and achieve ANY goal that I propose.
- √ * I discovered how to apply the Law of Attraction focused on my goals.
- √ * I use tools that are capable of reprogramming my mentality in order to materialize my desires.
In order to develop the power of positive mind or mental power, it is necessary to train and share with you what Charles Haanel (thinker and businessman) called the beginning of the three C.
This principle consists of Commitment, Control and Change.
Commitment
• You must make a positive commitment with yourself, with other people and with the whole world.
• Commit to improving your knowledge, your skills, your work.
• Love and respect your partner, defend nature, just causes.
• Dream of success and abundance, always keep optimism, enthusiasm and faith in the absolute power of the universe.
• Simply make a commitment to improve in all areas of your life, even if it is a small step but one that is day-to-day.
• End the day being better than when you got up.
Control
• Take control of your mind, your thoughts and feelings. Remember that you are responsible for everything that happens inside you.
• Rejects all negative thoughts and feelings.
• Learn to establish and carry out your goals, define them clearly and develop an action plan to fulfill them.
• Be honest with you, learn to relax and enjoy your achievements.
Change
• Embrace uncertainty and open up to change, everything necessary to improve your mental and physical health.
• Be optimistic and risky, take action and change to improve day by day.
• Stay on the lookout for new opportunities and try new things that benefit you.
This principle of the three C. promotes a positive change in your life, if you apply it your way to success will be assured.
It is important that you keep stimulating your mind with positive information that contributes to the development of your knowledge, your understanding and that teaches you how to manage time.
Reject any attempt or desire to resign. Keep going even if you think it's been a long time, or that it's not worth it. Perseverance is essential in order to develop the power of the mind.
Having control of your mind is the same as having mental power, knowing how to direct your thoughts and aligning them with your goals.
It's time for you to take control of your mind and begin to build the future that until today has seemed unattainable.
YOU are like a computer
You and I work much like a computer. The result you are getting right now is the product of the mental programs that are running in your mind. And if you manage to get rid of the negative programs and achieve the new program of your results of a change.
That is what you are going to discover and start using TODAY.
¿Tell me something, nowadays you control your mind or your mind controls you?
