Great insight from a scientific perspective but I think it's not our consciousness that makes us suffer nor is our brain, it's the limited capacity of our body to supply enough energy to our brains.
Can you elaborate a bit because it sounds very interesting. :)
I guess his point is "Eat. Lots." !
