I used to have anxiety attacks quite often last time, lucky for me that the attack is getting lesser since I've learn to accept imperfection. I stopped worrying too much about the future, and everything will turn out just fine. When the stress is going away, surprisingly, i can perform even better. Bad stress is really hindering my performance. Am glad that you found your way of handling the stress.

Sometimes stress did put me into action! Still do! I guess if you can have a playful relationship with stress, you can make it work for you, instead of against you.

ya, agree with u, stress makes me more hardworking. I need to find a balance between stress and motivation.

Stress can work both ways - at one end, it keeps us on our feet. On the other, it can psychologically and mentally drain us.
