Master of emotion

A person is able to recognize his emotions, but everything is much more complicated when it comes to the experiences of other people. It's easy and difficult to understand emotions at the same time. When we are calm, balanced, observant and aware - it is almost not difficult to recognize them. But it is worthwhile to mix in a few feelings, as we become emotionally blind, but this does not deprive them of relevance. Follow at least a few points and see results in a few days. All this will allow both to get rid of stress and anger, and to learn to understand other people.

Empathy
The key to understanding emotions lies in studying the emotional response of people. Why is that? The vast majority of us are so absorbed in our inner world that, it would seem, should be masters in emotional intelligence, but this is not so. There is an opinion that a person manifests only through communication with other people. A complete immersion in your inner world can lead to depression. Or worse, narcissism. Surely you saw and heard people who sort of understand their emotions, but are so fixated on themselves that they are uncomfortable listening. So start with empathy.
