2 tips to deal with anger
Anger is a common feeling in life but it can be dangerous if it is out of control. These following actions can help you to be the master of your behavior when anger is trying to disturb your day.
1. Distraction
Distraction is a good way to leave anger goes away. Walking in a park, reading a book, watching a movie and don’t think about problems while you are doing these activities can help to relieve the emotional stress.
2. Breath
Deep breath is important to provide more oxygen to brain so you can feel better. Looking for a calm place and staying there just for a moment while you take a deep breath will give you more serenity to solve the situation which caused your anger.
Sometimes is good to avoid discussing when you are angry. At this moment you are more prone to act in a emotional way and that may be harmful to people. Once anger has reduced you can express your thoughts more clearly.
