Be Positive For Your Goals!

We all have negative thoughts. But some of us overthink so much... What is overthinking? Overthinking means thinking about something too much which leads to depression. Overthinking prevents us from achieving our goals. More we think, more we leave over. İf you are a overthinker, "don't over think" this sentence doesn't work. There are easy and daily routines that will make you feel better and stay positive. You can consider doing these things to be motivated.

Write your dreams
If you write something, you hardly forget it. Just write your dreams on a paper and hang it somewhere. In addition, you can hang photos of your dreams. This routine will make you more motivated and strong. You will remember your dreams more, you will work for them more. After they become true, add a tick near them. You will see how succesful you are.

Write things that make you happy
In the end of the day, take a notebook and write things that make you happy that day. Just ignore negative things, focus on happy things. For example, write the gift that your friend gave you.
