The wisdom of pretty ladies

I had a professor who has been great psychologist and great womanizer. After many years of empirical research ("participation with observation"), he has posted the following theory:

"A lady who knows how to dress nicely, knows how to undress even nicer".

He was very proud of this achievement. What is your opinion?
