SELFISHNESS, is it good or bad?

Is good to be selfish because you have to think about your needs before thinking about someone's needs. You can not
achieve someone's goals for him/her but rather your own goals first . Therefore you have to act according to your own
interest not of others and that does not make you a bad person. Being selfish is not bad but will rather push you forward
in life. Because you take better care of yourself, instead of giving too much energy away serving the needs of the
others. You can't just work hard and give all the money you earn to someone just for doing good, that's not logic. So i think being a selfish is critical, because if you can't take good care of yourself, how are you going to take care for others.

The the key to healthy selfishness is being self-focused instead of self involved. Being called selfish doesn't fell like a compliment, but the trait can actually make you a better person. Selfish people are more confident and less likely to give on goals. They are not afraid to ask for something because they go after what they want unapologitically. Selfish people have a chance to succeed. If you are selfish you can spend you can spend your doing activities you like to do, because you have a well- developed sense of who you are, what you have and the ability to communicate to others.

A Story of a Rich Man i knew

There was a rich man in my area i use to stay called kikis, he was really a rich man with so many properties and companies, helped people outside the family. it got to a time life became hard for him and sold all his properties even
what to eat was a problem for him. family and friends neglected him all because he couldn't helped home but rather outsiders . The man later poisoned himself and died so if he was selfish this whole thing wouldn't have happened, so i
have learnt a lesson from that, i can't give fried rice and chicken to others and drink water, its very bad so i have learnt to be selfish.

Ayn Rand's perspective on selfishness is very good. Because you can't be hungry and feeding someone else. Being selfish is critical. You need to believe in who you are than believing in others.
