Ability to stand out from the crowd by the method of the PIU
The PVI model is flexible enough - you can work on each element separately and it does not really matter which order. However, if you do not know what to do, we recommend starting with the weakest link.
Perception
There are three dimensions of perception:
Your opinion about how you are perceived
The way people really perceive you
The way you want to be perceived
It is very important that these three dimensions are in harmony with each other. The perception of others by your personality depends on your appearance, worldview, the opinions that you express and your behavior. The good news is that with a conscious attitude to such things, you can achieve a lot.
Appreciate how you look in the eyes of others at the moment - you need to put a "diagnosis". Ask for help from friends and colleagues, people will gladly go to meet you on this issue. Find out why they perceive you that way. Bring people to a frank conversation and eliminate the insult.
Visibility
It's important to be visible at work. Maybe it's unfair, but people who stand out get a raise. Of course, they are valuable not only because they have other skills useful to the company, but this skill at work remains important to this day.
The most important quality in this strategy is self-confidence. Confident people are always noticeable, even if they do not want to attract attention.
