David ‘Avocado’ Wolfe has made a career out of peddling misinformation, pseudo-science and anti-intellectualism to vulnerable minds. He disseminates motivational memes addressing current issues that most people naturally resonate with (i.e. happy farmers living in the countryside vs crying babies being injected by monstrous needles while bathing in GMO Cheerios). These memes stimulate an emotional response in their readers through fueling fear, mistrust, and otherization.
I’m not saying that you shouldn’t be skeptical about the establishment. By all means, you should. That being said, you should also be skeptical of a man who’s self-authored 'about me’ section on their website states they are the “rock star and Indiana Jones of the superfoods and longevity universe", who claims the earth is flat, and that “chocolate lines up planetarily with the sun.”
