The people living in the USA need to be protected by themselves

A few weeks ago, I made a notice in my Steemit Blog, titled “How to prevent the US people from the Las Vegas style massacre again?” The sounds of the gun shooting of that massacre are still in the ear, similar events happened in New York, in Colorado, in Chicago, and in Texas again and again. These Serious incidents tell us that the US gun laws should be thoroughly revised and reformulated.

The following items must be carried out as soon as possible.

1 Thoroughly revise and reformulate the gun laws.
2 Each gun buyer must register first to the police office and get permission from the office.
3 The police office must strictly examine the behaviors of each gunman or gunwoman before they buy guns and bullets.
4 Rigorously (strictly) control the gun market. All gun marketing agencies must have the record of those who buy guns and bullets.
5 Make strict regulations to certain areas where no one, but policemen, is allowed to carry any kind of guns.
6 Make a strict security inspection to all participants entering the public sports and entertainment buildings.
7 Re-register all the guns hold by the US civilians to their local police office, and renew the permission from the police office every year.
8 The most important rules should include issuing a civil gun ban in the United States finally.

In addition，both the federal and the state governments must rebuild the anti-terrorism policies and laws, to impose a heavy punishment on all the terrorists.

People living in the USA want the protection from the governments. The US government has the responsibilities and obligations to protect the people living in the USA.

Otherwise, the US people have to protect themselves by themselves.
